The Science  of Yoga for Mental Health Workshop

Want to know more about the benefits of Yoga, Meditation and Sound? Do you or someone you love suffer from anxiety, depression, stress or mental illness? Are you looking for simple and natural ways to alleviate stress and build resilience? Are you more drawn to science than spirituality or want to know more about the link between the two?

Join me for this 3 hour workshop  to dive deep into the science behind Yoga and Meditation and Sound Therapy. 

This workshop will include a 60 minute yoga asana practice, a 30 minute mini lecture on the relationship between neuroscience, yoga, meditation and sound therapy and the benefits of having a regular practice, in addition a 30 minute guided meditation, and 30 minute sound bath.

Healthy yummy snacks and herbal tea will also be offered during the break.

65$ per person
